Unite are working with a company who have been on the Gold Coast for 20 years specialising in Allied Health. They are a multi-disciplinary team of 30 consisting of Speech Pathologists, OTs, EPs, Physios, Psychologists & Dieticians with two clinics in the North and Central GC locations. This role can be a purely Paediatrics or Adult caseload open to Full Time or Part Time, ideally split 2/3rd Paeds & 1/3rd Adults with 2/3rd in Community & 1/3rd in Clinic working with NDIS participants. A typical day in the life is morning clinic followed by 2-3 local home visits but you can decide your own scheduling. The KPIs are a reasonable 22-23 billable hours per week with an industry-leading 40% bonus paid out above the threshold! Many clinicians taking home an extra $30K in their first year.
